This Basque Pepper originates from Espelette, France but thrives in Northern California due to similar climate. True to the pepper, our ‘Not So Hot’ sauce has smokey, sweet and tangy notes. The sauce is crafted in small batches using our farm fresh basque peppers and other fine ingredients.
Ingredients: Select Basque Peppers, Vinegar, Fresh Carrots, Water, Salt, Onions, Lime Juice, and Garlic
Refrigerate after opening. Do not shake.
